2. Our products
We make custom prize wheels of fortune. Each wheel is made to your design: size, number of sections, colours, text and logo. Photos and descriptions on the website are for guidance, and the final look is confirmed in the layout we send you for approval.
3. Prices
Prices on the website are starting prices in euro, excluding VAT. The final price depends on the model, your design and delivery, and is confirmed in our written quote. VAT is added where applicable. Shipping costs are added according to the weight of the selected wheel and the delivery country.
4. Ordering
An order is confirmed when we send you a written order confirmation and, where required, receive the payment described in section 5. Please check the layout, spelling and logo files carefully, because we manufacture exactly the design you approve.
5. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quote or invoice. The full amount is payable. Production starts when the payment terms in the quote are met.
6. Production and delivery
Production time and delivery time are stated in the order confirmation. The usual production time is 5–10 working days. We ship across Europe. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier or by delays in receiving your approval or files. Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us about visible damage within 3 days.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. This right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, which includes our custom prize wheels once the design is approved and production has started. Business customers (B2B) are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.
8. Changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel an order in writing before production starts. After production starts, changes or cancellation are possible only if we agree, and the costs already incurred may be charged.
9. Warranty and complaints
We are responsible for defects in materials and workmanship in line with applicable law. Consumers in the EU have at least a 2-year legal guarantee. If you find a defect, send us photos and a description by email, and we will answer promptly and agree on a repair, replacement or refund as required by law. Wear and damage caused by incorrect use are not covered.
10. Artwork, logos and intellectual property
You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, texts and images you send us. You are responsible for any claims from third parties about them. We may not use your design for other customers.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example, for intent or gross negligence, or for damage to life and health).
12. Personal data
We process your personal data to handle your enquiry and order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We try to solve any dispute amicably first. EU consumers can also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on the website on the date of your order applies to that order.
